Account: name, email address, hashed password.
Restaurant & menu data: business name, table codes, product names, prices, categories.
Order & operational data: customer orders, status updates from kitchen and service teams.
Technical data: IP address, browser, device type, usage analytics.
2. How We Use Data
To deliver the Service, manage your account, and provide technical support.
To improve the product (aggregate stats, performance measurement).
To meet legal obligations (taxation, audit).
Marketing emails are sent only with explicit consent; unsubscribe at any time.
4. Security
Data is transmitted with TLS encryption. Passwords are hashed with bcrypt.
We apply access controls, audit logging, and periodic security reviews.
Internet transmission is never 100% secure; if you notice suspicious activity, contact us.

6. Data Retention
We retain your data while your account is active. When you close your account, your data is deleted within 30 days, except for data we are legally required to retain (e.g., invoice records).
