Terms of Service

The Service is provided by Codifya Software and Technology ("Codifya", "we", "our").

A user ("you") is the natural or legal person who uses the Service by signing up or signing into the admin panel.

You are responsible for providing accurate, up-to-date information when creating your account, and for keeping your password secret.

If you notice unauthorized use, contact support@codifya.com immediately.

Use the Service only for lawful purposes that do not infringe on the rights of third parties.

Automated scraping, uploading malicious software, or testing system security without authorization is prohibited.

The Service is offered as a monthly or annual subscription. After the 14-day free trial, your chosen plan is charged automatically.

Prices are shown with applicable taxes on the billing screen. For refund requests, contact support@codifya.com.

Menu items, product images, category names and other restaurant data ("User Content") belongs to you. Codifya processes it only to deliver the Service.

By uploading third-party content (e.g., product images), you confirm that you have the necessary rights to do so.

You can close your account at any time. Refunds for the current billing period are at our discretion unless stated otherwise in the plan.

Codifya reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that materially violate these terms, with prior written notice.

The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Codifya is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Our total liability is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email at least 14 days in advance.

Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
